Touring Sterling’s showhomes in North Edmonton can give you a sense of the type of quality we offer. You also get the chance to check out our communities and how close they are to all of the amenities you want and need.

Where should you get started? The descriptions of the showhomes in the area should help you narrow down your search!

Cy Becker

The Cy Becker community in Northeast Edmonton is rapidly growing. Families are particularly attracted to it for the all-seasons park at the centre.

The Eberle model is sure to make your family happy. It has everything you need packed into over 1,600 square feet, including a deacon’s bench at the family entrance in the back, built-in shelving in the master bedroom, and walk-in closets in all of the bedrooms. This is a nice example of a laned home.

If you’re looking for a larger, front-attached home, check out the Thomas B. With over 2,500 square feet of living space, your family will really be able to spread out. Some of the highlights of this home include the walk-in closet by the mudroom, the walk-through pantry, and the large bonus room upstairs.

Residents of Manning Village are within walking distance of the bustling Manning Town Centre. It’s a good place to get your shopping done.

Check out just how luxurious life in a duplex home can be when you visit the Sensation and Sequel K models in this neighbourhood. They’re the opposite sides of this affordable duplex, but each has a very private feel. The Sensation model has a beautifully designed layout, with many functional features, such as a walk-through pantry and built-in shelving on the first floor and a workstation and laundry room on the second floor. The Sequel has similar features, but about 1,000 additional square feet. It’s nice to see these models side-by-side because you can easily see how different design choices can make the space look unique.

The Trista with Bonus Room is a great choice for someone who wants a larger family home. It’s almost 2,000 square feet, with several beautiful features. Your family will love eating meals in the dining nook, where the three windows allow plenty of natural light to come in. Upstairs, the master ensuite is extra luxurious, with side-by-side sinks, a separate shower and large soaker tub, and a privacy door for the toilet.

Newcastle

Newcastle is the perfect place for your family in Northwest Edmonton. With its peaceful atmosphere, you’ll feel like you’re able to get away from it all without going too far from the city.

You’ll love the stylish and modern look of the Tyndall B showhome in this community. With details like a full tile backsplash and quartz countertops, you’ll definitely feel like your family has stepped up. The bonus room on the second floor gives your family an extra space for hanging out together. You’ll want to start a family game night.

College Woods

College Woods at Secord is a new neighbourhood in Northwest Edmonton that’s close to established amenities. There’s a welcoming atmosphere and plenty of green spaces for your children to play.

Step inside the Haven showhome, and you’ll instantly see how nice this home would be if you love entertaining. The main living area is very open, with a large foyer, great room, and dining nook. Upstairs, the bonus room sits at the centre of the floor, separating the master suite from the secondary bedrooms.

The Tanner F showhome also has a bonus room in the centre of the second floor, but the master suite is even more luxurious. It has a five-piece ensuite and a walk-in closet that leads to the laundry room. On the main floor, you’ll enjoy the extra-large butler pantry in addition to the rest of the open living area.

Secord Heights

The Secord Heights community, also in Northwest Edmonton is within walking distance of the David Thomas King K-9, school, so it’s a popular choice for families. Of course, the homes here are well-suited to family life.

Duplex homes are popular in Secord Heights, and you’ll see a nice example of what Sterling can do when you tour the Sahara and Sensation models. Look at the oversized garage in the Sahara model, along with a beautiful tray ceiling in the master bedroom. There are also transom windows on the first floor and a laundry room on the second floor. As you tour the Sensation, look at the interesting use of colour throughout the space. It’s easy to see you don’t have to stick with neutral colours when you buy a brand new home.

The Sanctuary showhome is a front-attached home, and you’ll immediately notice the unique exterior design. This is a great choice for a family that wants to stand out. The interior has a lot to get excited about as well. There are 36” upper cabinets in the kitchen, along with a microwave shelf and other built-in shelving. Upstairs, there’s an oversized laundry room, and the master suite gets a lot of natural light.
